Terms of Use

Informational service only

Football Bet IQ provides sports information, projections, analysis and editorial opinions. Football Bet IQ is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers and does not guarantee any result, profit, accuracy or future performance.

Eligibility and legal compliance

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal gambling age and all other requirements in your location before using information on this site for wagering. You are solely responsible for complying with local law and sportsbook rules.

Paid digital products

Paid products provide access only to the package, content and access period shown before purchase. Weekly products and the Season Pass are one-time digital purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Access may require signing in with the same email used at checkout.

No guaranteed outcomes

Odds, injuries, weather, lineups and markets change. Projections and picks can lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never risk money needed for housing, food, medical care, debt payments or other essentials.

Accounts and acceptable use

You may not share, resell, scrape, republish, automate access to or commercially distribute protected content. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, use another person's account or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and access terms are displayed before purchase. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Football Bet IQ branding, written analysis, projection presentation, paid pick cards and original site content are protected materials. Personal, noncommercial use does not transfer ownership or grant republication rights.

Service changes and termination

Football Bet IQ may correct errors, update content, suspend features or restrict access for fraud, sharing, misuse or violation of these terms. Material changes to paid access will be handled consistent with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Bet IQ is not responsible for wagering losses, sportsbook decisions, unavailable markets, line movement, third-party outages or decisions made using site content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
