Refund Policy

Digital access

Preview Pass, Premium Picks packages and Season Pass are digital products. Access begins after Stripe confirms payment and Football Bet IQ activates the matching entitlement. Because protected content can be viewed immediately, purchases are generally final after successful delivery.

Refund eligibility

Football Bet IQ reviews refund requests individually. A full or partial refund may be issued for a duplicate charge, a verified unauthorized purchase, a payment made for a product that was not delivered because of a Football Bet IQ technical failure, or another circumstance required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund

If access does not appear, sign in with the same email used at checkout and use Refresh Access. If the problem continues, contact Football Bet IQ within seven calendar days of purchase and include the purchase email, product name, purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not send complete card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Not normally refundable

• Changes of mind after protected content has been delivered or viewed.
• Losses, betting outcomes, line movement, postponed games or a decision not to use delivered content.
• Failure to read product scope, access period or eligibility requirements shown before purchase.
• Account or access restrictions caused by misuse, sharing, fraud or violation of the Terms of Use.

Access periods and cancellation

Weekly products are one-time purchases that provide the access period shown at checkout. The Season Pass is a one-time purchase through the stated season expiration date. These products do not automatically renew unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. There is no future recurring charge to cancel for a one-time purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
