Grading Policy
The permanent rules used to publish, lock and grade every Football Bet IQ official pick.
Only selections labeled Official before kickoff count toward the public record. Leans, watches, projections and passes are excluded.
Publication Standard
- Each official pick records the matchup, market, selection, number, sportsbook, American odds, risk units and publication time.
- A pick cannot become official after its recorded kickoff time.
- Once published, the pick terms and timestamp cannot be edited or deleted.
- Corrections require a separate visible record; losing picks remain in the ledger.
Result Rules
- Wins and losses are graded against the exact published number and sportsbook rules.
- A push returns the full risk amount and records zero net units.
- A void or canceled market records zero net units and is excluded from W-L-P.
- Unless a pick states otherwise, the risk amount is one unit.
Unit Calculation
Profit is calculated from the recorded American odds. A one-unit win at -110 earns +0.91 units; a one-unit loss records -1.00 unit. ROI equals net units divided by total units risked on graded picks.
